Sparkling wine Nyna

For sparkling wine we include grapes from two positions with the oldest, more than 35 years old vines of Chardonnay. It is produced by the classic method, with a maturation period of at least 18 and more months on the lees.

It is aperitif, dry, and very dry. Elegant bubbles of CO2, the smell of bread crust and nut cake (potica) and fruity flavor are its eminences. Fruitiness in the mouth is even encouraging by CO2 bubbles.

It still offers plenty of freshness. It can be enjoyed at the beginning of the day, at the beginning of the meal, or be left to surprise us also at the dessert.
