Pinot gris

Small Pinot Gris grape berries at maturity stained reddish, with a touch of brown- red and blue-gray colour. The procedure of moderate maceration we produce wine expressed in golden -yellow colour. The scent is fruity. It reminds us of pears, yellow plums and apples. In the mouth it is lighter, drinkable, with a taste of pears and plums. Is the so-called wine from our cellar.

With a small residue of unfermented sugar gives us a pleasant socializing with many dishes. Matches poultry and pasta, potato dishes, with wild garlic soup, pea soup.
