Italian Riesling

After many years representing this year's novelty as normal harvest wine from our cellar. Very grateful for special quality wines, especially "high predicates", such as berry selection, ice wine, dry berry selection. So, in addition to ice wines and berry selection wines Italian Riesling joined to our offer as normal harvest wine.

It has got a pale lemon color. We smell peach, plum, and lemon. On the palate it is dry, pleasant, fresh. Despite the lively acid in the middle of the tongue we taste yellow fruit. The wine is medium-bodied and for the Italian Riesling with rather long aftertaste.

Riesling is the perfect accompaniment to cold canapés, especially in the company of tomatoes. Nicely matched with a slightly tart sauce. Very pleasant wine for every day.
