Wine cellar

The glamour of our work is that wine of each individual vintage is unique, non-recurring. It means that wine is not equal to wine, and vintage not equal to vintage. For this reason the boiling of must represents us the new challenge every year. These are the moments of trembling excpectations. It is time when the tradition, science, experience come to the front.

In the cellar we use inox vessel, wooden wine casks with bigger and smaller capacity and barique casks. We use them in a different way, according to the sort, position, species, vintage. We give time to special wine. For this reason it happens that we put on the market wines of some labels also with indent of some years.
