Pinot Gris
Wine description
The small grape berries of Pinot Gris turn reddish when they ripe, with hints of brown-red and blue-gray color. A wine with a pronounced golden yellow color is produced through the process of moderate maceration. The smell is fruity. It reminds us of pears, yellow plums and apples. In the mouth it is lighter, drinkable, with a taste of pear and plum. It is the so called classic wine from our cellar
Matching with food
With a small residue of unrefined sugar, it offers us a pleasant companionship with many dishes. It goes well with poultry and pasta, potato dishes, scallion and pea soup.
