Muškat – Dry Yellow Muscat

A true specialty of our winery – a rarity in the Styria region, where this variety is usually bottled in semi-sweet or sweet styles. With this wine, we show that Muscat can also reveal its true character in a dry expression: elegant, aromatic, and refined.

Wine description

Lemon in color. The bouquet is moderately pronounced, distinctly muscat-like, very pure and focused. The nose reveals notes of nutmeg, cinnamon, lychee, and white blossoms.
On the palate, the wine is dry, light-bodied yet surprisingly full of flavor, with a lovely touch of freshness and a pleasantly spicy, long finish. The piquant ending beautifully highlights the variety’s character and adds a touch of elegance.

Food pairing

Excellent with shrimp, fish, and shellfish, as well as light risottos and fresh summer dishes. An exceptional aperitif for lovers of aromatic yet dry wines.
