Nove is the first wine bottled after the harvest – therefore it belongs to the category of young wines. It symbolizes the celebration of the new vintage, the joy brought by the vintner’s harvest, and is an indispensable companion at the St. Martin’s Day table.

Wine description

Very delicate lemon color. The bouquet is distinctly muscat, youthful, with a nice varietal definition. The wine is dry but playful, with a light body and fine CO₂ bubbles that add liveliness. The muscat aroma expresses itself nicely on the palate, where the wine remains fresh, fruity, and slightly sweet. Chardonnay in the blend contributes backbone, structure, and body, while yellow muscat provides the bouquet, fruitiness, and immediate appeal. Aromas of pear, apple, and citrus, with a playful and evolving taste.

Excellent as an aperitif or with warm, lighter appetizers.
