Nyna Sparkling Wine
A Local Specialty – Nyna Sparkling Wine Made Using the Traditional Method
For this sparkling wine, we use grapes from two vineyard sites, including our oldest Chardonnay vines—over 35 years old. Nyna is crafted using the traditional method, with a minimum of 18 months aging on the lees, and often more.
Wine description
The bubbles are fine, persistent, and elegant. On the nose, refined aromas of freshly baked bread, potica crust, and subtle hazelnuts unfold and harmonize beautifully with fruity notes of ripe apple, pear, and delicate citrus. On the palate, it is dry, refreshing, and well-structured, with a mineral undertone and a long finish that invites the next sip. A sparkling wine marked by both seriousness and playfulness.
Food pairing
Perfect to enjoy at the start of the day or as an aperitif before a meal.
