Riesling
Royal Classic that Delights with Juiciness and Liveliness
It’s no coincidence that Riesling is known as the king of white wines — few varieties so masterfully combine liveliness, fruity playfulness, and aging potential. Our Riesling comes from higher-elevation sites where vineyards, despite the cooler climate, are exposed to sunlight. This allows for slow ripening and nicely expressed varietal character.
Wine description
Pale lemon color. The bouquet is youthful, more discreet but precise. In the foreground are notes of peach, apricot, linden blossom, and a slight lime freshness. The wine is not completely dry, which gives it a rounded, juicy character while retaining firm, fresh acidity. The body is medium, with a slightly oily texture — characteristic of our cellar’s style. The fruity charge develops nicely on the palate, with a somewhat longer finish and good aging potential.
Food pairing
Pairs excellently with fried poultry, fish, and shellfish, and also complements pork dishes such as crispy roast. Suitable for receptions, lunches, or as a wine for a pleasant evening.
